Will Smith is making his musical return with Beautiful Scars, a new single featuring Big Sean, after ample teasing.
The track explores the journey of resilience, highlighting how life’s struggles leave behind scars that ultimately shape and strengthen us. Featuring reflective verses and an uplifting hook, “Beautiful Scars” delivers an inspiring message of growth through adversity.

Alongside the single, a cinematic music video was released, offering a creative twist on one of Smith’s most famous career decisions. The video plays off his well-known regret over turning down the role of Neo in The Matrix in favor of starring in Wild Wild West.
The release is just the beginning—Beautiful Scars will appear on Smith’s upcoming album, set to drop in March. Following his impressive performance at last weekend’s Grammy Awards, Smith is set to embark on his first-ever global tour later this year.
