As previously stated, the return of iHeartRadio’s Living Black event was a welcomed addition to this year’s entertainment roaster and was highlighted by several memorable acts from some of the industry’s finest.
The annual event, which aims to highlight “every beautiful aspect of Black culture,” marked its second anniversary on Wednesday (February 23) by bringing together some of the greatest names in Hip Hop and R&B to recognize Black-owned companies around the country.
Stars like Lizzo, H.E.R., Ari Lennox, Big Sean, Muni Long, Jonathan McReynolds, MoneyBagg Yo, and Kierra Sheard transformed restaurants, hair salons, and similar locations into stages where they showcase their talents by performing their individual hit songs.
