Last night, Zayn Malik found himself in a difficult predicament as he was spotted in a scuffle outside a New York City club. According to a video recording shared by TMZ, the ‘Pillow Talk’ hitmaker was seen involved in an altercation with a guy exiting the Little Sister Lounge in New York City.

According to TMZ, Malik was having a smoke outside when an unidentified man approached him and attempted to start a fight. The guy ultimately rushed toward Malik, who was kept from him by others who seemed to be members of his squad, and even used a homophobic slur against him which resulted in Malik, responding with insults before leaving the scene.

According to Page Six the owner of the Amsterdam Billiards Club, where Malik had been hanging out said: “Zayn is in here a lot and we absolutely love having him. He was here for a few hours playing pool and ping-pong with a bunch of people, and there were no problems.”

“I heard that the [scuffle] started over the guy wanting a photo, but I’m not sure. It happened outside. We gave him an Amsterdam Billiards T-shirt and are bummed he wasn’t wearing it outside!”
As of writing, Zayn’s management has yet to release a statement about the altercation, so stay tuned for more updates.
