Wiz Khalifa surprised fans with a new look to his clean-cut persona. A video showing Wiz having a lace-front beard placed on his face went viral on Wednesday.

Wiz is probably as well-known for his physical appearance as he is for his singing. The rapper’s characteristic blonde patch, which has since changed into locks and a plethora of tattoos has made him a recognized character who, like Snoop Dogg, traverses genres and decades. Fans were enthralled by Wiz’s experimentation with his appearance.

However, because Wiz accompanied the video with a photo of himself with a beard, an afro, and a hat, it’s safe to assume that this new appearance is for a future part. Fans may recall Wiz from Snoop Dogg’s Mac & Devin Go to High School, and his recurring roles as a voice actor on the animated comedy Duncanville and as Death in Apple TV+’s Dickinson.
So no fretting guys, Wiz isn’t losing his cool.
