Apple Music’s senior cultural curator/presenter Ashley ‘Dotty’ Charles is reportedly collaborating with Audible on a new podcast called ‘Hashtag Trashbag.’

Dotty has proven herself to be one of the most-loved radio and television presenters in the UK, following her six years run with BBC Radio 1Xtra where she held candid and hilarious conversations with the likes of Stormzy, Dave, and more. Amplify Dot made the move to Apple Music earlier this year following a successful career with BBC.

Dotty will be asking celebrities such as Munya Chawawa, Tolly T, and Kae Kurd to come discuss what they wish to throw in the ‘hashtag trashbag,’ which will consist of all things they love to hate.

She will also be joined by Nick Grimshaw, Scarlett Moffatt, and Katherine Ryan for ‘Hashtag Trashbag’ to discuss their pet peeves and why they should be placed in the trash.

Topics from new Instagram account to sports and kebabs to UHT milk will all be tossed into the trash on a weekly basis, no matter how large or little.

Speaking of her new podcast, Dotty shared: “Hashtag Trashbag is a forum for all those trivial things we love to hate. We’ve all got a list of stuff we could do without and it’s hilarious to pit those things against each other. After a rough year it’s been hilarious to indulge in a bit of nonsense by finding out what ridiculous things get under our skin!”

All six episodes of Dotty’s ‘Hashtag Trashbag’ are available to stream here.
