Tyler, The Creator’s latest album, ‘Call Me If You Get Lost,’ earned him his second No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 album chart. The rapper took a jab at DJ Khaled for comments he made about Tyler’s music two years ago as he celebrated the album’s first-week sales of over 200,000 copies.
DJ Khaled was allegedly irritated in 2019 after Tyler’s Igor album outsold his Father of Asahd album. While industry insiders said Khaled was enraged with Billboard for classifying merch bundles as sales, Khaled responded by mocking Tyler’s music.

“Here’s the thing, I make albums so people can play it and you actually hear it,” Khaled explained. “You know, driving your car you hear another car playing it. Go to the barbershop, you hear them playing it. You know, turn the radio on, and you hear them playing it. It’s playing everywhere — it’s called great music. It’s called albums that you actually hear the songs. Not no mysterious s***, and you never hear it.”
As he toasted his triumph on Twitter, Tyler seemed to recall Khaled’s remarks, tweeting: “N***** IS BLESSED,” “MYSTERIOUS MUSIC! HA!,” “WOW.”
