Tia Mowry has undoubtedly shuttered the wild dreams of her fans, who were wishing to see the famous sister return to the big screen.
Mowry revealed the disappointing news on Tik Tok Monday (August 16) when she debunked persistent rumors that she was poised to return to her greatest sitcoms to date – ‘The Game’ and ‘Sister Sister.’

Tia said in the clip that she would not be returning to the cast of ‘The Game’ for its tenth overall season, which will be the first onboard Paramount+ following a newly announced relaunch.
However, fans need not fret as the 10-episode project will continue with Pooch Hall, Brittany Daniels, and Wendy Racquel Robinson who will all be reprising their roles. Coby Bell (“Jason Pitts”) has neither acknowledged or disputed his involvement in the relaunch as of yet.
As seen in the same Tik Tok video, Mowry also announced that she will not be a part of the long-awaited ‘Sister Sister’ remake. Despite a prior misreport by the show’s star, Jackee Harry, Tia claims that the project is no longer being pursued, as she claimed last year.
While the news will be heartbreaking for her fans, they need not lose hope as the 43-year-old actress hasn’t given up acting yet, not at all.
In fact, Tia has been hard at work, working on several projects including Netflix’s family sitcom, ‘Family Reunion,’ and is set to star in her popular web series ‘Tia Mowry’s Quick FIx’ which is expected to debut on cable tv via a new deal with Urban One’s TV One and its sister network Cleo TV.
So we still have a lot to look up. Tia’s web series is slated to premiere in October 2021.
