Mariah Carey’s memoir ‘The Meaning of Mariah Carey’ has debuted atop The New York Times list of non-fiction bestsellers.
She took to social media, to share the news and also show appreciation “To everyone who has taken the time to read my story and make this impossible dream a reality. It almost makes it tolerable to have lived through these experiences! LOL.”

She also gave a shout out to her co-author Michaela Angela Davis, writing, “Love you, Michaela.”
Since announcing the memoir, Mariah has been very active in promoting it by dropping little tidbits about her life on social media.
‘The Meaning of Mariah Carey’ is the first book released through Cohen’s self-named imprint with Henry Holt Company.’
