In a surprising move this week The Kid LAROI’s ‘F*ck Love’ album garnered the momentum it needed to climb up the ranks from No. 26 to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart for the first time, since its debut in 2020.

With the success of his recent No. 3 charting single “Stay” with Justin Bieber and a number of public appearances, the body of work has taken off new heights and he’s on his way to becoming a household name.

According to MRC Data, Fuck Love just recently garnered about 85,000 equivalent album units in its 53rd week on the Billboard 200. This comes after the project was released for the third time last week, as ‘F*ck Love 3: Over You’ along with six more tracks.

The elated singer took to social media to express his excitement, thanking fans for their support. LAROI tweeted:

LAROI’s original album was released in July of 2020, and a deluxe reissue dropped in November of the same year. The 17-year-old sensation now has a total of 35 songs on the album, making him the youngest artist to reach No. 1 since Billie Eilish on April 13, 2019. He’s also the first Australian artist to reach No. 1 since AC/Power DC’s ‘Up’ debuted at No. 1 in November, according to Billboard.

It is worth mentioning that, F*ck Love’s continued popularity coincides with his smash hit “Stay,” featuring Bieber which has dominated pop radio stations throughout the country. The pair have previously collaborated on the song “Unstable,” which appears on Bieber’s current album, Justice.
