The Atlanta-native has declared himself the best rapper in HipHop, naming the likes of Lil Wayne, Nas, Jay-Z, and Ye as no contenders.

Taking to his Instagram Stories recently, T.I. stated, “Motherfuckers can’t fuck with me in no way, shape, form, or fashion when it comes to doing no music, man,” while admitting he hasn’t been as productive as he once was, but he still believes he is among the finest in hip-hop.

He went on to add, “I got a lot of other shit going on so I don’t do music like on no consistent basis. … I don’t depend on that shit to feed me, you hear me? But when you’re talking ’bout doing music, when you’re talking ’bout cutting records, n***a, you talking ’bout putting shit out, talking ’bout making shit that’s better than anything out there, man, ain’t nobody fucking with me. Nobody fucking with me, bruh.”

The ‘Whatever You Like’ rapper went on to say that, some people just prefer other artists and that it doesn’t diminish his importance in the industry.

He stated, “That’s cool, that’s your preference. But n***a, when it comes to putting sh*t out, ain’t nobody f*cking with me, man. … I don’t give a f*ck about your personal opinion, about how you feel about me, about what you think. When it comes to getting behind that motherf*cking mic, n***a, putting some shit to music? Ain’t nobody f*cking with me, n***a. None of ’em.”

Some artists, according to T.I., refuse to work with him just because “they know they can’t fuck with me,” claiming that he’s never been out-rapped on a featured track.

Tip stated, “Jay and Nas, you need to bring them, bring them, n***a. That who you need. Jay, Nas, Wayne, Ye…n***a, they who you need. Bring them. Pusha-T. Yeah, all them. They who you need. Keep trying to goddamn throw my name in the circle, in the mix…ain’t nobody fucking me, n***a.”

It is currently unclear what initiated his statements but it comes months after the ‘Dead And Gone’ rapper called out 50 Cent for a Verzuz battle which fif rejected.

To address the subject, Tip stated on Black Family Mafia:

“I don’t think he’d be intimidated by how I pop my shit. You got to get a gorilla for a gorilla. And regardless of how you see me, inside me there’s a 900 pound gorilla … We really are similarly stacked. I don’t have a diamond album [like 50], but he don’t have five classic albums.”

T.I. previously implied that his next album, ‘Kill the King,’ might be his last, and given everything he’s said recently, the rapper may have a lot more to prove.

Last year, T.I. and his wife Tiny were accused of sexual assault and sexual misconduct by several alleged victims, however, one case in Los Angeles was dismissed by a judge in September 2021.
