As fans await her long-awaited debut album, Saweetie celebrates her current achievement with yet another plague from the RIAA with her single ‘Tap In’.
Initially struggling to stay afloat the charts, Saweetie’s ‘Tap In’ saw a spike in sales and streams when a TikTok challenge saw the song go viral and the remix featuring DaBaby, Post Malone, and Jack Harlow pushed the song to hit #20 on the Hot 100.
RIAA’s Gold certification means the song sold over 500,000 units in the US and is currently Saweetie’s highest-charting song. ’Tap In’ will serve as the lead single in her long-awaited debut album and with this certification, we hope the album beats all expectations.
