It’s official, Saucy Santana has signed a huge record deal with Sony’s RCA Records.

Speaking to hosts Charlamagne Tha God and Angela Yee on The Breakfast Club, the multi-hyphenate revealed he’s now signed to RCA Records.

“I’m officially signed to RCA,” Santana began. “I feel like that was the only thing that was stopping. I didn’t have that complete backing from a major [label]. I put in a lot of work and I worked really hard being an independent artist. Now, with that major backing, I can clear certain samples, get this radio sh*t going, I can get these bigger artists. It’s up!”

Santana was asked if he had any reservations about entering the world of big label business after being independent all this while.

To which he said that “Everything that I have done, has been Santana. When it comes to TikTok dances, it’s me. When it comes to videos, I’m telling ’em how I want my videos.”

He goes on, “When it comes down to what songs are coming out, I was doing that. When it comes to writing my music, I was writing songs – top to bottom – all that. So, I had to let them know that I need somebody that understands Santana but wants to help elevate and push Santana to the forefront. You can’t change me because my fans already fell in love authentically with who I am. People love me for me. People love real relatable sh*t. All I needed was that machine and it’s up!”
