This year’s Emmy Awards is going to be a little different as presenters will be wearing full hazmat suits.
To keep this year’s award ceremony pandemic-friendly, the stars who will be giving out awards will be in specially-branded Emmy gear.
Even though the ceremony will be hosted virtually by Jimmy Kimmel, the New York Post reported, the presenters might be “visiting some of the winners live.”
Katja Cahill, who normally dresses presenters at the Oscars and executive producer Guy Carrington, is the creator of the protective suit designed to look like a ‘formal’ tuxedo.
The producers stated, “Not only is this a fun and irreverent visual, but it also ensures the health and safety of all of our winners and the presenter by following all of the health and safety protocols-with a twist.”
