A Beverly Hills police report states that Cardi B’s cousin Marcelo Almanzar was arrested for possession of a concealed loaded weapon, and Offset was detained and then later released that same day. The report also clarified that Offset was not arrested.

Offset was seen on his Instagram Live Saturday, as police officers forced him to exit his vehicle for reasons that are still unclear.

Offset could be heard refusing to leave his car as he grows increasingly more frustrated at the officers, who he said had “guns out” in the Live. They were seemingly responding to some type of complaint about Offset waving a weapon.

An officer in the video said, “We were told that you guys were waving guns at people.” They then asked Offset to turn the car off before reaching into his window, unlocking his door and making him exit the vehicle.

Before being forced out of his car Offset could be heard saying, “There’s 25,000 people in my Live. I’m gonna sue the sh*t out of y’all know who I am?” After that the Live cuts and it still unclear whether he was taken into police custody. Again, it is unclear where and when the incident took place.
