Dr Dre’s wife Nicole Young is being accused by a company she founded together with husband ‘Record One “recording Studio, for draining the primary business account dry and criminal embezzlement.
In a letter obtained by TMZ, it claims she “decimated” the company’s bank account last month to a tune of $363,571.85. And attached to the letter is the check wrote by Nicole. The goes on to accuse Nicole of “blatant and unjustifiable criminal embezzlement of corporate funds,” as well as a breach of her fiduciary duties.
The other partners of the company, which is Dr Dre and Larry Chatman have demanded that Nicole return the cash she is alleged to have embezzled no later than a week from Tuesday. Otherwise, the attorneys will be filing suit against her.
Bryan Freedman has stated, “This is just a low-grade PR stunt by Andre and his team to try to change the fact that he was caught red-handed and sued for trying to cheat Nicole out of community property to which she is entitled.”
