The autopsy findings of Naya Rivera, ‘Glee’ actress who lost her life after accidentally drowning in Lake Piru during a boat ride with son Jose is out.
Per the report from the Ventura County Medical Examiner, Josey heard his mother shout ‘help’ before she disappeared into the water. Josey said, they shouted “1, 2, 3” and jumped off the pontoon boat together at Lake Piru in Ventura County, California, on July 8th.
Josey also said, “After getting into the water, his mother told him to get back on the boat. She helped him onto the boat and he then heard his mother yell ‘help’ and she put her arm in the air. She then disappeared into the water.”
The report also stated that she was in good health, but had a history of vertigo and had been prescribed Adderall for anxiety and was recently taking medication for a sinus infection. Her blood alcohol concentration was 0.016.
