Many critics and fans consider Aaliyah’s sophomore album “One in a Million” as her best ever album but her 2001 self-titled album is perhaps her most creatively ambitious and sonically groundbreaking body of work, and it is now officially available to stream.
The 15-track album which was released just a month prior to Aaliyah’s passing features tunes from Rock, Pop, R&B, Latin music, including a good number of Island-inspired tracks. After years of requests, the body of work has finally been released to streaming platforms, weeks after ‘One in a Million’ made its debut, earning a Top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart.
