The star of Michael Jackson’s much-anticipated biopic has been announced, and it looks like there are more talents in the Jackson family, as the late King of Pop’s nephew has been cast in the major role.
Jaafar Jackson, the son of Michael’s brother Jermaine Jackson, has just been confirmed to have secured the major role in the Antoine Fuqua-helmed biopic.
Jaafar also shared the news with his Instagram followers, writing: “I’m humbled and honored to bring my Uncle Michael’s story to life. To all the fans all over the world, I’ll see you soon.”
The high-profile movie, which has landed at Lionsgate, is being produced by Graham King, who also worked on “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
