The incident occured while Malone performed fan favourite single, “Circles,” only a week into his Twelve Carat Tour, which kicked up on September 10th in Omaha.
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Malone was checked out by the medics, who then carried him away. The rapper returned to the stage about 15 minutes later and apologised to the audience. He then performed “Rockstar,” “Cooped Up,” “Sunflower,” “Congratulations,” and “White Iverson.”

He said upon his return to the stage, “St. Louis, I’m so fucking sorry I ruined the show tonight, ladies and gentleman. I promise next time I come around, I won’t fucking wreck y’alls night, I’m sorry for that. That being said, fuck… That being said, I want to thank you for your patience and I’m sorry.”
He went on, “There was a bigass hole in the middle of the stage that I busted my ass on. I want to say thank you to everybody for hanging in there and thank you to everybody for… I got the best fucking fans in the world.”
