UK rap powerhouse Little Simz has officially announced her next studio album, Lotus, set for release on June 6th, 2025, via AWAL Recordings. Following the critical acclaim of Sometimes I Might Be Introvert and NO THANK YOU, the new project marks another ambitious leap in sound and scope.

Lotus boasts a stunning lineup of collaborators, including Moses Sumney, Sampha, Michael Kiwanuka, Yussef Dayes, Obongjayar, Moonchild Sanelly, Wretch 32, Cashh, Miraa May, Lydia Kitto, and Yukimi Nagano. Its lead single, “Flood,” features the dynamic pairing of Obongjayar and Moonchild Sanelly, setting the tone for a bold, genre-defying record.

In support of the album, Simz has announced two UK headline arena dates: October 16th at Manchester’s Co-Op Live and October 17th at London’s O2 Arena, promising expansive live shows that match the album’s scale.

Simz is also curating the 30th edition of the Southbank Centre’s iconic Meltdown Festival, taking place June 12th–22nd. Her hand-picked lineup includes standout names like Mahalia, The Streets, Ghetts, Sasha Keable, Lola Young, and Jon Batiste.

The festival will culminate in a grand finale performance featuring Little Simz and the Chineke! Orchestra, already one of the summer’s most anticipated sold-out events.
