One could never tell by watching the mesmerizing dance routine the groups put out, but Perrie Edwards during a Q&A session with fans on Twitter has revealed she incurred a spine injury, which hurts really bad when she dances.

Perrie’s confession certainly comes as a total surprise to fans especially as the girl’s band only dropped their hot music video to ‘Sweet Melody’ and with it comes no sign of Perrie’s injury.

During a chat with Mixers, Perrie admitted: “I recently found out I have a slipped disc and tear in the base of my back/spine and I die every time we dance.” “But it’s worth it.”

An insider told Capital FM: “Perrie is in pain with her back but she is soldiering on.”

“It is a very uncomfortable injury to have but she’s not going to let anything put a stop to Little Mix’s mesmerizing performances.”

This comes after the news of Jade Thirlwall being forced to stay quarantined as she came into contact with someone who had coronavirus. Many fans are worried about Perrie as a spine injury is a rather serious injury and needs to be taken seriously.

With Little Mix’s new album ‘Confetti’ set to be released on November 6th, the band has lots of appearances and live shows, making it hard for Perrie to take some time off to get herself healed up. Between the live shows for their TV talent show kicking off and the hosting of the 2020 MTV European Music Awards which is set for 8th November, the girl’s band surely has a lot on their plates.

We hope Perrie feels better soon. What are your thoughts?
