Arriving Friday, Sept 17th on streaming platforms, Lil Nas X’s highly-anticipated debut album, ‘Montero’ has surpassed all expectations in its early hours of release.
‘Montero’ album, which has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics and fans, was aptly teased weeks before its release, with the rapper-singer releasing two chart-topping singles, ‘Montero (Call Me By Your Name)’ and ‘Industry Baby,’ prior to the project’s release.
‘Montero’ is off to a roaring start on iTunes, as it currently holds the top spot in the Worldwide chart, placing number one in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Canada, and Spain, among other countries.
However, on Apple Music, ‘Montero’ is only second to Drake’s ‘CLB’ album and we’re anticipating an epic battle on the Billboard charts next week.
