Roblox, a global online platform announced on Tuesday, November 10th of their partnership with Lil Nas X and Columbia Records for an innovative virtual concert.
Lil Nas X will be performing the live debut of his upcoming single ‘Holiday’ for the first time which will be for just one day after its release. This will be part of the digital experience’s three showings.

Lil Nas X said in a statement that, “We’re throwing the biggest virtual concert of 2020, and I hope everybody in the world can come to check it out. I feel very lucky to be the first artist to ever do this on Roblox. We had so much fun putting this together for my fans, and I can’t wait for everyone to see it!”
Global head of music Jon Vlassopulos also added, “We’re thrilled to partner with Columbia Records to bring Lil Nas X fans and the Roblox community together in an entirely new way. This concert with Lil Nas X will transport players and their friends into the Metaverse, and bring to life the future of what immersive, social experiences can look like.”

The Lil Nas x Concert Experience will take place on Saturday, November 14th at 1:00 p.m. PST, with two follow-up showings for the audience in Asia (10:00 p.m. PST) and Europe (9:00 a.m. PST, Sunday). The concert will also include a pre-show Q&A and virtual scavenger hunt on Friday, November 13th as well as an exclusive merch store featuring a capsule collection of Lil Nas X accessories, emotes and avatar bundles.
