Finally, fans can take a look into what to expect in the first trailer for Ridley Scott’s highly anticipated ‘House of Gucci’ film.

‘House of Gucci,’ starring Lady Gaga as Patrizia Reggiani and Adam Driver as Maurizio Gucci, is based on the true tale of Reggiani’s role in the killing of her ex-husband and former Gucci Boss.

The gripping trailer is undoubtedly loaded with some daring wardrobe choices from the two stars, who spent the early part of the global crisis filming the film in Italy. In March, we received our first official glimpse at Driver and Gaga as their respective roles.

Set to be released in cinemas on November 24th, with a streaming release on Paramount+ to follow later in the year, Jared Leto, Jeremy Irons, Al Pacino, and Salma Hayek will make the main cast for the film, with three of the actors being featured in the newly released character posters, that also features Jared Leto appearing unrecognizable as Paolo Gucci.

As of yet, it’s unknown how accurate to the real facts the film will stay, but Reggiani was prosecuted and convicted of hiring a hitman to assassinate Maurizio Gucci in 1998, a year and a half after selling his part in Gucci. The Gucci family expressed their dissatisfaction with the film earlier this year.

In April, a relative of Maurizio, Patrizia Gucci stated:

“They are stealing the identity of a family to make a profit, to increase income of the Hollywood system,” she said. “Our family has an identity, privacy. We can talk about everything, but there is a borderline that cannot be crossed.”
