According to TMZ, Kim still feels compelled to apologize to Humphries after she “fully broke up with him in the worst way.” During Andy Cohen’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians finale reunion, Kim opened up about their relationship, where she admitted to having handled the issue poorly as she was afraid of breaking up with him.

The reality star revealed that, when Humphries ran into her at the Beverly Hills Hotel in 2015, it was apparent that he was still upset about what transpired. Humphries “literally looked at me and wouldn’t speak to me” while she was making small talk with his friends, she claimed.
