According to TMZ, a seven-people-crew are suing Kim Kardashian, alleging that they worked full time as part of her Hidden Hills mansion cleaning crew.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the employees claim that Kim refused to offer meal breaks, cover costs, and pay salaries. Kim’s office, on the other hand, reportedly told the publication that she employs a third-party provider for such services and that she is not liable.

The workers say they were told they would be full-time employees at Kim’s house when they were employed, despite being classified as independent contractors and not receiving the compensation they feel they are entitled to.

Speaking to TMZ, a representative for Kim said that, she “is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business and the agreements they have made directly with their staff.”

“Kim has never not paid a vendor for their services and hopes that the issue between these workers and the vendor who hired them can be amicably resolved soon,” they said. A man named in the lawsuit said he was fired for inquiring about his rights, adding that his 16-year-old son also worked for more hours than California labor laws allow for minors.
