Katy Perry looks to be preparing to wow her fans and music aficionados alike, as the Pop-icon has revealed her upcoming collaboration with DJ Alesso.
Taking to her social media on Dec. 15th, Perry released a teaser video which shows the singer calling up DJ Alesso and telling him, ” I just think it’s time to give them everything they want” to which he responds, “Let’s Do It!”
She captioned her tweet: “Don’t worry y’all, you’ll still be able to #PLAY along with me on December 29th, because #WHENIMGONE with
@alesso will be coming.”
She further teased an upcoming release set for Jan 10th, where she told her fans to “mark ur calendars for January 10th, as it will be the day im giving the KCs every thing they want.”

The song’s accompanying music video will premiere on ESPN on January 10 during halftime of the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship.
The release of “When I’m Gone” coincides with Katy’s brand new Las Vegas residency “PLAY,” which is also scheduled for December 29th.
