It would be interesting to know if Kanye West has indeed cheated on Kim Kardashian in the past, as the rapper has feuded with anyone rumoured to be close to his soon-to-be ex-wife. Ye has held a grudge with Meek Mill when he thought the Philly rapper was making a move on Kim, including a now-resurfaced beef with Drake when it was rumoured that the OVO rapper might have made a pass at Kim.
However, Ye has seemingly alluded to being the cheating culprit in this case – which will explain his behavior anytime it was rumoured Kim was giving attention to anyone else – as he reveals in the lyrics of his track ‘Hurricane’ from his ‘Donda’ album.
Ye raps: “Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin’.”
An insider stated, “The song is in a way his testimony of everything he did wrong and taking accountability for their marriage breakdown.”
“If you look closer to the lyrics he is referring to his infidelity during his marriage with Kim, even after two kids,” the source went on.
‘Hurricane’ also seems to delve into Ye’s struggle with alcoholism and the several things in his life that diverted his attention away from his family.
Kanye raps: “Architectural Digest, but I needed home improvement / Sixty-million-dollar home, never went home to it. Genius gone clueless, it’s a whole lot to risk / Alcohol anonymous, who’s the busiest loser?”
As recently reported, following Kanye’s third listening party in Chicago, it was reported that the pair are looking to get things back on track, as they prepare to tackle the relationship from scratch.
An insider told TMZ, Kim and Kanye are “working on rebuilding the foundation of their relationship.”
