Jussie maintained his innocence in a new Instagram Live interview with author Marc Lamont-Hill.
He said the past two years have been “Beyond frustrating.” He added, “They won’t let this go, it doesn’t matter. There is an example being made. The sad part is it’s an example being made of someone that didn’t do what they’re being accused of.”
The former stare of ‘Empire’ has been accused by authorities of orchestrating a staged attack on himself in January 2019, something he has denied from the start.
He is currently involved in an ongoing criminal case with the city of Chicago.
