Zack O’Malley Greenburg, a one-time Forbes Editor, and developer of the “Hip Hop Cash Kings” list has announced the list of the highest-paid rappers of 2021 for his Zogblog website.

The first five musicians on the list are Jay-Z, Kanye West, Diddy, Drake, and Wiz Khalifa. In 2021, the combined income of the first three musicians is expected to be around $800 million.

Jay-Z topped the list with $470 million in earnings last year. So far, this is his highest-earning position in his career. Jay-Z accomplished this after selling his Tidal streaming company to Square, the company founded by Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, for $297 million.

Kanye reportedly earned $250 million from Yeezy shoe sales, placing him second. Crisco’s deal with Pandora and Dolce & Gabbana brought in $75 million for Diddy, putting him third. Tech N9ne, Doja Cat, and Birdman rounded in tenth place with $25 million each.
