Following rumors sparked by a video published by The Shade Room showing Saweetie and Jack Harlow possibly having a moment, the Kentucky native has responded, stating it’s simply “a friend vibe.”
Saweetie is seen approaching an interviewer on the red carpet while Jack goes up and introduces himself in the first video released to TSR earlier Tuesday. “You don’t like getting caught off guard,” he says as he shakes Saweetie’s hand. Saweetie answers by asking as to why he’s “shaking.” Saweetie was questioned whether Jack was “shooting his shot” as he approached her after Jack clarified that “nobody is shaking.” Saweetie then answers TSR’s question saying, “I don’t know, but y’all better not be messy with this sh*t.”

TSR posted a conversation they had with Jack shortly after the encounter on Sunday night, some four hours after the initial post. He said that he didn’t believe there was anything more going on than just “saying hello.”
Jack could be heard saying: “You can’t say hello these days, I guess,” explaining that he’s a “nice person” before adding, “That’s a friend… That’s a friend vibe.”
