GABRIELLE UNION AND NBC REACHES “AMICABLE RESOLUTION” FOLLOWING RACISM ALLEGATIONS

On Tuesday, September 29th, Gabrielle Union and NBC said that they have settled their differences in their dispute over her firing as a judge on “American’s Got Talent.”

In a joint statement released yesterday morning, NBC and Union shared,

“We’ve reached an amicable resolution. NBC Entertainment appreciates the important concerns raised by Gabrielle Union and remains committed to ensuring an inclusive and supportive working environment where people of all backgrounds can be treated with respect.”

As reported, Gabrielle Union was kicked off the show in November 2019, after she complained about health violations, Simon Cowell’s behaviour on set, and racism from certain figures backstage.
