Jennie has just dropped her new single, “ExtraL,” featuring hip-hop powerhouse Doechii, marking the third release from her much-anticipated debut album Ruby.

Set for release on March 7th, Ruby promises to be a genre-blending collection that showcases Jennie‘s signature pop sound alongside a diverse range of collaborations. The track “ExtraL” stands out with its innovative fusion of Doechii‘s hard-hitting hip-hop beats and Jennie‘s smooth, catchy vocals, creating an infectious vibe that has already captured fans’ attention.

The music video for “ExtraL,” directed by the acclaimed Lyrical Lemonade’s Cole Bennett, features both artists dressed in chic white pantsuits, exuding a sleek, modern aesthetic that perfectly complements the song’s dynamic energy. Produced by Dem Jointz—renowned for his work with legends such as Christina Aguilera, Brandy, Kanye West, and top K-pop acts like NCT 127 and Aespa—the single represents a high-caliber collaboration that bridges multiple musical worlds.

Ruby, Jennie’s debut album to arrive under her label Odd Atelier in partnership with Columbia Records, comprises 15 tracks and includes notable collaborations with Childish Gambino, Dua Lipa, Dominic Fike, FKJ, and Kali Uchis. Prior to “ExtraL,” Jennie has already made waves with her solo track “Mantra” in October and the dynamic “Love Hangover” featuring Dominic Fike in January.

Adding to the excitement, Jennie will hit the road this summer, joining her Blackpink bandmates for a limited international tour. The tour, which kicks off in Seoul on July 5th and 6th, will see the group perform in 10 major cities including headline shows in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.
