FLO, the electrifying British R&B trio composed of Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer, unveiled their latest music video for “Walk Like This,” marking this as their first single release of 2024 with a fearless plunge into a more grown and sultry territory.
The trio shared, “The ‘Walk Like This” music video is a celebration of three empowered women relishing in the joy of their relationships and revelling in shared camaraderie—it’s what it’s all about! Directed and crafted by women, it’s a vibrant ode to fun and empowerment, and we hope it resonates with everyone!”
Helmed by director Sahra Zadat, the video captures the trio strutting confidently through an abandoned cement parking lot, striking poses against vintage cars and lockers, and delivering catchy-choreography while delivering the irresistible lyrics of the track.
In their statement, FLO expressed their desire for the track to ignite confidence and a hint of mischief in their audience, injecting an extra dose of swagger into their step. “As we approached the end of 2023, we wanted to infuse a touch of sexy, upbeat energy into the mix, embodying the essence of the certified lover girl within all of us,” they remarked. “The song encapsulates that empowering feeling when you embrace your sensuality and womanhood. It’s perfectly fine to acknowledge a man’s prowess now and then!”
This latest release follows their previous project, the “3 of Us” song bundle featuring tracks like “Control Freak” and “Suite Life” with Bellah. Notably, they collaborated with Missy Elliott on “Fly Girl” and teamed up with Stormzy for “Hide & Seek” last year. With their debut album on the horizon, fans eagerly anticipate FLO‘s next release, craving more electrifying tunes to set the stage ablaze.
