The record first took shape during Red Bull Symphonic, where Asake made history as the first African artist to headline the orchestral showcase in the U.S. That live debut carried into the studio version, which blends his signature spiritual tone with DJ Snake’s polished, high-energy approach. Lines like “even in darkness, even in brightness, you are with me” anchor the song in reflection, touching on faith, resilience, and gratitude.
