After days of teasing on social media, the HARV co-produced track was released on Friday, with an accompanying music video released simultaneously.

The longtime collaborators released their “Don’t Go” single with Don Toliver at midnight on Friday. Bieber had teased snippets of the music video on his Instagram account days prior, giving fans a taste of what’s to come.

Skrillex and the Biebs’ collaboration on “Don’t Go” is the latest in a long line of duets. The pair have previously collaborated on the songs “Where Are Ü Now,” “I’ll Show You,” “The Feeling,” and “Children” from Bieber’s 2015 album, as well as “2 Much,” “Somebody,” and “Loved By You” from his 2021 album, Justice.

Speaking to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Skrillex said of the collab:

“To be honest, before I even worked with Justin Bieber, in that era, I didn’t really pay attention to pop music that much and I wasn’t really paying attention to what was current and relevant and I knew his music and I knew who he was and stuff that

“The thing about Justin is if you’ve ever been in the studio with him or seen videos, he’s one of the most talented people in the whole planet so, for me, getting to work with people of that talent always pushes me to do new things. I mean, I don’t if I answered the question. I definitely feel the shift with the first record we did and all that stuff, and I’m just happy to be a part of inspiring people.”

“Don’t Go’ comes ahead of Bieber’s Vegas Weekender, a three-day event starting from the 7th to the 10th of October, which will include live performances and tailored experiences by the ‘Holy’ singer.
