It appears French Montana and Rubi Rose have confirmed their relationship status following recent speculations that the two were romantically involved.

According to TMZ, who shared a paparazzi video of the alleged couple – as they smiled together with Montana having his arms wrapped around Rose – a source has confirmed that “Rubi is 100 percent French’s ‘new gf.”

Shortly after, Rubi reportedly confirmed the news to the Shade Room, saying: “It’s new we chilling and getting to know each other still,” with the femcee adding that she’d update on their relationship status “if and when it gets there.”

She further took to Twitter in response to fans’ reaction to the news, tweeting: “Dang… i can’t go out to eat now.”

The news appears to suggest that Rubi has moved on from her beef with her ex DDG, whom she slammed on social media, claiming the rapper had given her shirt to his girlfriend Halle Bailey.

She wrote at the time, “Having ur bitch where my clothes is crazy lol,” she tweeted, before adding, “I like Halle, Ddg a weirdo tho fasho.”

Rose further fed allegations that DDG, born Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., had been unfaithful to Halle by sharing a snapshot of what she claimed to be a text message conversation with the rapper.

She captioned the screenshot, “This is why im single.”

The situation will soon get interesting after Halle chimed in the back-and-forth between Rubi and her man, writing:

“The devil is working (red-heart emoji) lol…please don’t feed into the lies, especially from a third party (red-heart emojis and a star)…Stay blessed everyone.”
