Taking to social media yesterday August 1st, the ’34+35′ singer released a teaser video, informing fans of her virtual appearance on Fortnite’s Rift Tour Concert Series which is slated to take place this weekend.

Speaking on her collaboration with Epic, Ariana said in the release:

“Working with Epic and the Fortnite team to bring my music to life inside the game has been so fun and such an honor. I can’t wait to join my fans and see all of your reactions to such an unforgettable, magical journey to new realities.”

The five-show series comes after previously epic hit concerts from the likes of Marshmello, Travis Scott, and more will pair “popular tracks with moments based on elements from the game,” creating a unique experience for gamers as they enjoy an Ariana-backed “journey” with friends. The virtual live stream will also come with Ari skins and the show kicks off Friday at 6 p.m. EST, and ends Sunday at 6 p.m. EST.

Epic’s Head of Brand, Phil Rampulla said of the concert:

“Fortnite is a place for the imagination and the impossible. With the Rift Tour, we’re bringing a musical journey to life that players can experience, feel, and join alongside their friends.

“We’re so grateful to have an iconic superstar like Ariana Grande and her team join us for a musical experience at metaverse scale, and for players and fans alike to experience the Rift Tour!”

Will you be joining Ariana Grande on Fortnite come Friday? We sure will!
