Fans of Verzuz were treated to an impressive Verzuz showdown on Tuesday, Sept. 14th, when Hip-Hop legends Ja Rule and Fat Joe appeared on stage to perform hit-for-hit at Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theater in New York City.

Much to their delight, the music icons dropped most of their best hits, while giving them an unexpected surprise, when longtime collaborators of both artists appeared on stage along with the night’s performers.

Helping Ja Rule on stage was R&B diva Ashanti, as well as femcee’s Lil Mo and Vita, who all gave some of the best performances on Verzuz yet, hyping up the audience and the atmosphere. Ja performed several of his Top 10 hits which included “Between Me And You,” 2001’s “Livin’ It Up,” 2002’s “Down 4 U,” and “Always On Time.”

Fat Joe on the other hand, also dropped a number of his all-time hits including 2005’s “Get It Poppin’, 2016’s “All the Way Up,” 1993’s “Flow Joe,” 1998’s “John Blaze.” Joe also invited music legend Nelly on stage to perform their hit tracks, “Get it Poppin’” and “Hot In Herre.”

Crack also performed with Remy Ma and Ashanti, where he dropped a huge gift on both ladies in the midst of his live performance, giving them stunning-looking Birkin bags, leaving the ladies speechless and filled with smiles.

The night was still young though, as Jadakiss stormed the stage for the third time on Verzuz, delivering a massive dose of nostalgia to an excited audience and fans at home.
