Per reports, the ‘Happier’ singer has just inked a massive deal with the social media giant, to become the face of the app.
Ed is claimed to have already started shooting with TikTok in London, with the app hailing the collaboration as a “big success.”
“It is a huge coup to get someone as big as Ed on board and everyone is really excited about the end result,” a source told The Sun.
“TikTok is a huge platform for artists now and Ed can see that. It was something he wanted to get involved in and the project he has done with them is really exciting.”
It comes after Ed sparked a frenzy among fans earlier this month when he seemed to hint at new songs in a cryptic social media post. He hinted in the caption of a picture of himself clutching a guitar on Instagram, saying, ‘Somethings cookin’.
