Dr Dre and Nicole Young’s split looks like it wouldn’t have a happy ending. The couple has been in the headlines since they confirmed their impending divorce.
Their headlines range from abuse allegation, prenup dispute alleged embezzlement to multimillion-dollar spousal support requests. And now Nicole Young has filed legal documents in an attempt to find out if Dre had any children outside their marriage.
Per reports from TMZ, Young is demanding Dre hand over any paperwork in connection with paternity action in which he might’ve been involved. This news comes after about a week when it was revealed that Young is trying to subpoena three of Dre’s alleged mistresses.
According to reports from Daily Mail UK, Young’s court filing seeks dispositions from skincare entrepreneur Kili Anderson as well as artists Jillian Speer and Crystal Rogers (Crystal Sierra). But it looks like the women are trying to stay out of the increasingly messy legal battle, arguing they had no information relevant to the couple’s prenup negotiation.
Kris LaFan told Daily Mail that, “Any extramarital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”
