Doja Cat’s schedule is jam-packed in the coming weeks, as the femcee has been confirmed to host the upcoming MTV VMAs, which will also include a live performance.

Taking to her social media accounts, Doja revealed the exciting news to her fans, prompting them to be ready to tune in on September 12th at 8 PM ET/PT for the live event.

Doja is in the running for five awards including Video of the Year and Artist of the Year, with Justin Bieber and Megan Thee Stallion leading this year’s nominations with seven and six respectively.

In other news, the second round of performers for the VMAs has been revealed and includes the likes of Chloe Bailey, Doja Cat, Shawn Mendes, and Twenty One Pilots. They will be joining previously announced performers Lil Nas X, Camila Cabello, Lorde, Machine Gun Kelly, Olivia Rodrigo.
