Christian and Quincy Combs, sons of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, have taken legal action against Courtney Burgess and his attorney Ariel Mitchell, issuing a cease and desist letter over a controversial book titled ‘Kim Porter Tell It All.’ The book reportedly claims to be based on entries from the late Kim Porter’s personal diary, sparking outrage and legal claims from the Combs brothers.
The brothers assert that they are the rightful heirs and owners of Kim Porter‘s intellectual property following her untimely death in November 2018. The brothers allude to these allegations as not only unfounded but also deeply disrespectful to their late mother’s memory.
The cease and desist letter demands that Burgess immediately halt all sales and promotion of the book, refrain from giving interviews or making further false claims about its contents, and return any of Porter’s possessions he allegedly holds. Additionally, the Combs brothers are requesting a full accounting of any profits made from the book, strongly suggesting legal action may follow if their demands are not met.
