In response to KEKE PALMER’s allegations of abuse, ex-boyfriend DARIUS JACKSON is mounting a defence with a recently filed countersuit. The legal dispute began when Keke sought a restraining order against Darius in early November, citing instances of physical and emotional abuse and requesting sole custody of their son, Leodis. Darius, however, is challenging these accusations, asserting that Keke was the primary aggressor in their two-year relationship.

Darius’s countersuit, filed on December 15th, contends that Keke engaged in repeated “abusive conduct,” becoming “verbally and physically aggressive,” particularly after “consuming alcohol.” The legal documents highlight specific incidents, including an alleged punch to Darius’s face in August 2021, an incident where Keke reportedly “punched the windshield” of his car while he was driving in January 2022, and an accusation of physical attack involving “choking and hitting” in February 2022.

Additionally, Darius is seeking to invalidate Keke’s request for a restraining order while concurrently vying for joint legal and physical custody of their son.

The legal battle unfolds against the backdrop of ongoing updates from Keke Palmer, who has been keeping her followers informed about her well-being amidst the tumultuous legal proceedings with Darius Jackson, which she captioned: “Alexa, Play Mary J: MY LIFE 🤣🤣🫶🏾”
