The actor from ‘Snowfall’ will produce episodes of the acclaimed show’s upcoming fifth season, according to FX.
As a result, he will be joining the highly renowned creative hub founded by the late great John Singleton, Eric Amadio, and Dave Andron.
The 29-year-old will resume his starring role as Franklin, who continues to navigate the 1980s cocaine boom, in the next chapter of the series, which is set to air in 2022.
The decision comes after the series received massive positive feedback from critics, just a week after season four was released.
