DaBaby is facing another lawsuit, this one is over an altercation with a hotel employee according to TMZ.
In December 2019 at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Beverly Hills, DaBaby was seen in surveillance cameras footages, following chef Cristopher Pocasangre into the building and pushing him into a chair. After talking to the man, DaBaby and a member of his team exited the building.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, DaBaby gave his version of what happened. He stated that the hotel worker came up to him outside and requested to record a video with him whiles he was holding his two-year-old daughter. He respectfully said no and explained to him posting a video of him at the time would compromise the safety of him and his child. But the worker still went ahead to record a video of him and his daughter on Snapchat.
DaBaby didn’t deny putting his hands on the hotel employee but argued his actions were justified because he was protecting his daughter.
