DaBaby’s meteoric rise to fame is one that is undeniably impressive as the rapper has recently earned several awards with many hit singles to his credit. DaBaby, therefore, believes he is the best rapper alive and as a result, other rappers are “scared” to work with him.
DaBaby doesn’t appear to be aiming direct shots at anyone, but his statements about being who rappers “lie about” came after DaBaby was purportedly linked to a Miami shooting. Wisdom Awute, 21, a member of his entourage, was charged with attempted murder with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a firearm in connection with the incident earlier this month. Wisdom is said to have shot a guy in the calf after a verbal altercation.
