Chrissy Teigen confessed she’s felt ‘depressed’ and ‘lost’ since stepping away from the spotlight after being accused of ‘cyber-bullying’ in the past.

On Wednesday, the 35-year-old supermodel addressed the topic for the first time since her June apologies, posting an Instagram photo of her viewpoint in ‘cancel club.’

Chrissy wrote in her caption that it “feels so weird to pretend like nothing happened,” knowing she feels like “utter s**t in real life,” and that she misses communicating with her 34.9 million followers.

“Iiiii don’t really know what to say here…just feels so weird to pretend nothing happened in this online world but feel like utter s**t in real life,” Chrissy supposedly shared from her living room.

“Going outside sucks and doesn’t feel right, being at home alone with my mind makes my depressed head race.”

Chrissy was willing to accept that her approach wasn’t working, adding, “But I do know that however I’m handling this now isn’t the right answer.”

“I feel lost and need to find my place again, I need to snap out of this, I desperately wanna communicate with you guys instead of pretending everything is okay,” she said, while, adding: ‘I’m not used to any other way!!”

She then proceeded to share about her experience from “Cancel Club” saying it was “fascinating,” to be at the receiving end and that she’d “learned a whollllle lot” from it.

“Only a few understand it and it’s impossible to know til you’re in it. And it’s hard to talk about it in that sense because obviously you sound whiney when you’ve clearly done something wrong. It just sucks. There is no winning. But there never is here anyhow.”

The model then turned up the mood to a more positive vibe, sharing with her fans:

“All I know is I love you guys, I miss you guys, and I just needed an honest moment with you because I’m just…tired of being sick with myself all day.”

She goes on:”I don’t even know if it’s good to say any of this because it’s gonna get brutally picked apart but I dunno. I can’t do this silent shit anymore!”

After which Chrissy reached out to all person’s who have been ‘cancelled,’ saying:

“If you or someone you know has also been cancelled please let me know if there is a cancel club reunion because I could use some time off my couch!,” then finished off with a “Thank u and goodbye I love u.”

Chrissy had not spoken publicly about the cyberbullying controversy since June, although she did recently share some lighthearted vacation images with John and the family on social media.

Teigen drew backlash after her harsh tweets from 2011, including one in which she advised a then-16-year-old Courtney Stodden to commit suicide, reappeared online.

The mother of two first sought to right her wrongs by means of an apology in June, where she released a public statement, after which Teigen seemingly went on a social media break following a slew of bullying allegations that followed suit.

Taking to social media, an official statement was released on behalf of Chrissy which addressed an allegation made by Michael Costello, in which he accused the model of calling him a racist and conspiring to harm his career.
