Taking to social media on Sunday 8th August, Brown seemingly unprovoked slammed today’s talents, claiming their acts are mostly “gimmicks.”
While Breezy didn’t name anyone in particular, his cryptic Instagram Story appeared to attack current artists as he also shared a clip from his “Dances with Paint” performance which he did for Spotify’s RapCaviar back in 2017.
The Instagram Story read: “F**k all these gimmicks… What happened to actually being talented?”
His follow-up post with the clip also read: “Talent ??? Or a waste of time?”
Brown’s comment comes days after the ‘Go Crazy’ singer took to social media to share another cryptic message, which appeared to be a jab at Dababy following the rapper’s recent homophobic remarks during his act at Rolling Loud Miami.
Chris shared at the time: “Shut the f**k up…Do yo shows thank everybody. Then get the f**k off stage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
It would seem Breezy has been in a mood lately although it isn’t all sour, as the performer recently announced a short film based on his highly-anticipated forthcoming album ‘Breezy’ which is expected to be released soon.
