Chris Brown’s former housekeeper and her husband have filed a lawsuit against the singer, alleging that the singer’s Caucasian Shepherd Ovcharka, had attacked her.

According to court documents acquired by TMZ, the incident occurred when the former housekeeper, termed ‘Jane Doe,’ was taking out the trash. The dog allegedly approached her at this point and attacked her, biting her flesh and left her bleeding on the ground.

The lawsuit comes nearly 3 months after the alleged victims’ sister Patricia Avila filed a lawsuit against Brown for failing to protect his workers. Patricia explained at the time that “the screams were so bad that it caused (Avila) to immediately run outside, where she found her sister covered in blood while she was screaming and crying for help.”

Brown apparently contacted the cops before instructing his crew to remove the dogs and leave before the cops arrived, according to new records from Avila’s sister’s lawsuit. When the authorities questioned what transpired before the dog attack, Avila’s sister alleges Brown lied to them.

When the cops came, the dogs were gone, and it was later revealed that Hades had been euthanized by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Animal Shelter a few weeks later. The complainant also wondered how the dog ended there in Humbodlt, which is many kilometers away from Chris’ house.

According to the housekeeper, her injuries from the attack remain permanent, even after surgery.
